Sytek's Return Material Authorization (RMA) system has been implemented to streamline the flow of all returns, whether for repair or credit.

It ensures that we handle and track returns efficiently, giving you, our customer, an easy reference to your product within our Quality Department.

Under this system, we ask that you always phone first for an RMA number prior to shipment of any product back to Sytek. You may contact our Quality Department for this number. We will ask you a few brief questions regarding the return (such as part number, purchase order, quantity and reason for return), and will fax you an instruction sheet stating the initial disposition of your claim and any applicable shipping instructions.

Once we have received your goods, we will inspect them and report back to you with our findings and proposed corrective action.
